Show me, voice and screen reading
Watch Sovariq do each step on the real console pages, let it point and draw while it explains, talk to it hands-free, and let it read what is on your screen, with what is shared and what never is.
Show me: watch it work
Turn on Show me (the eye next to the message box, or Sovariq › Settings › Show me as you work) and every step Sovariq takes also plays on the real pages: it goes to the page where the step happens, points at what it is changing, and marks the result when the step lands.
| Step | Plays on |
|---|---|
| Tables, columns, rows | Table Editor. For a new table the cursor clicks New table, types the name and each column, and points at Save. |
| Buckets | Storage: it opens New bucket and types the name. |
| Functions | Edge Functions |
| Read-only queries | Typed into the SQL editor and run there |
| Policies, users, providers, hooks | Policies and Authentication pages |
| Everything else | Settings, logs, Realtime, Messaging, Vectors, Version History and the rest |
- The work itself still goes through Sovariq's tools, with the same approvals, checks and audit trail. The pages only show it, so watching costs no extra tokens.
- From the full Sovariq page the chat moves to the side panel so the pages can be seen (voice mode included).
- Your own click or key press on the page stops the cursor for the rest of that reply. Clicks inside Sovariq never do.
- After any change, the page you are on refreshes to show it, with or without Show me. Deletions show in red while they happen.
- Ask to be shown and it works on screen even without Show me: "show me the orders table" opens it; "show me how many orders are unpaid" types and runs a read-only query.
Pointing and drawing
While it explains, Sovariq can draw on your page: it circles a button, points an arrow at a table or underlines a field, with a short note, and the drawing fades after a few seconds. Ask "explain this page" or "where do I click". It knows every console page and tab (for example Schema › Visualizer) and only opens real ones.
Talk to Sovariq
The microphone next to the message box opens voice mode. Speech is recognised and spoken by your browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari), which may use its own speech service (Google's in Chrome, Apple's in Safari). Sovaria never receives audio, only the text, like a typed message, so voice costs nothing extra. The first time, your browser asks for the microphone.
| You want to | Do this |
|---|---|
| Approve a change | Say "yes" or "go ahead"; "no" skips it. Anything unclear is asked again; a change never goes ahead on a maybe. |
| Answer its question | Say the option ("the second one") or answer in your own words, or tap a button. |
| Interrupt it | Say "stop", "wait", "hold on" or "never mind", or tap Stop. Nothing else said over it counts, so its own voice from your speakers never becomes a message. |
| Pause or leave | Pause stops listening, Stop stops speaking, Escape ends voice mode. It pauses itself after a quiet minute or when you switch tabs. |
| Watch while it talks | Turn on Show me: the chat steps aside, a glowing frame shows it is working, and a bar at the bottom holds the orb, live captions and the controls. |
| Change its voice | Sovariq › Settings › Voice (with Test). Edge's Natural voices and Chrome's Google voices sound best. |
Notify me (Sovariq › Settings) asks your browser for permission once, then shows a notification when Sovariq finishes, asks a question or needs your approval while the Sovaria tab is in the background.
Sovariq sees your screen
With Show me on, or when your message points at the screen ("what does this error mean?", "why is this table empty?"), Sovariq also reads what is visible on the page: headings, messages and alerts, an open dialog, the visible rows of a table, form fields and buttons. It is read as text, which works with every model and costs a few hundred tokens.
| Shared | Never shared |
|---|---|
| What is visible on the current page | Other tabs, and Sovariq's own panel |
| Only the dialog, when one is open | Passwords, keys, tokens and fields marked private (hidden in your browser before sending; tokens that slip through are removed again on the server) |
| Treated as data from your screen | Instructions: text inside your data can't steer it |
The Sees chip above the message box shows what Sovariq gets with each message and turns page sharing off and on.
